Card and UPI payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. Dinery never sees or stores card numbers.
Each person sees what their role needs
Owners, managers, cashiers, kitchen, marketing and floor staff each get their own access. Only the owner can change anyone's pay.
A record of every change after the fact
Cancelled bills, write-offs, refunds, price changes, pay changes and corrected shifts are logged with who did it and when.
Guests decide what they receive
Marketing messages go only to guests who agreed to them. Every guest can opt out, and the opt-out is respected everywhere.
Secure sign-in
Guests sign in with a one-time code. Staff passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and sessions expire on their own.

Guest privacy, under Indian law.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the restaurant decides why guest data is collected and Dinery processes it on the restaurant's instructions.
- Only what is needed to serve the guest is collected: a mobile number, plus a name or birthday if they choose to share them
- Marketing on WhatsApp needs the guest's consent, recorded with the date
- Guests can ask the restaurant to correct or delete their details
- Data from one restaurant is never visible to another
